Brief Answer:
Chance of complete recovery is more in this age group

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.
Asthma is hyper responsiveness of Airways with various stimuli causing spasm and mainly a disease in age group older than 3 years.
Diagnosis of asthma is difficult in this age and it is better referred as hyper reactive airway disease(HRAD).
Symptoms and management are almost same in both the condition but the chance of complete recovery is more in HRAD. As the baby grows the size of airway increases and symptom improves. Also baby gets sensitised to the various stimuli.
So in brief the chance of complete recovery is more in this age if treatment is given properly.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
