Spinal cause of pain

Hello.
Welcome to Ask a doctor panel.
I can understand your concerns.
Anxiety can precipitate or increase the back pain but it can not be the sole cause of physical pain.
This sever pain could be actually due to problem in spine. Anxiety can increase it.
