Ther are age related degebrative changes in spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

You are right. There are age related degenerative changes in spine.
There are early osteophytes in vertebra.

Dark lesions in vertebra are schmorl's nodes. There are harmless findings and it develops due to herniation of nucleus pulposus in the adjacent vertebra.

In short, there are not much significant finding related to your complaint. This may be the reason for its omission in the report.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
