Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Your sperm count is low.

But I don't want you to decide anything based on only one semen analysis.

I suggest you repeat semen analysis again in another standard laboratory in your town.

Please send both reports as attachment along with this query so that I can advise you further.

Regards

Brief Answer:
ICSI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for additional information.

Your FSH seems to be normal.

You can try antioxidant medicines like Maxoza which help in improving sperms to certain extent. Operating varicocele will not help you. I don't suggest varicocele surgery.

I suggest you go ahead with ICSI ( intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) technique which is a type of test tube baby treatment. This will help you in achieving pregnancy at the earliest.

Let me know if you need anymore help

But what could be the reason behind low sperm count? due to bilateral hernia or bilateral Vericocele?I am active and having good nutritional food. Also i hear keeping vericocele may cause lower testosterone is it real if so how can we avoid that?

Brief Answer:
Varicocele won't affect

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is no particular reason for low sperm count. Some people have it by birth.

Don't bother about varicocele. It won't affect. It won't reduce testosterone also.

Follow instructions I am typing below :

1) Wear loose pants and undergarments.

2) Avoid sitting for long time.

3) Lose weight if you are overweight or obese.

4) Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.

So the only solution is ART?

Brief Answer:
Best option

Detailed Answer:
ART is the best option.

You can try couple of IUI ( intrauterine insemination) cycles. Sperm count is less for that also though.
