Question: Can a 600 mg dose of ibuprofen taken the day before a standard comprehensive blood test or urine test affect the test with respect to anything.

Hello,

Ibuprofen is not supposed to cause different results to standard blood tests directly. Ibuprofen may sometimes cause side effects though. For example, it may lead to elevated levels of liver enzymes i.e. transaminases. But this and other similar effects are not expected in most cases.
