Can UTI Be Spread Through Anal Sex?
Question: Hello, I am a XXXXXXX man and my boyfriend has just gotten his 3rd UTI after having anal sex with me. We used a condom this time and was very careful and he still got one. We don't have any STDs. I douched beforehand and I'm trying to figure out what kind of bacteria is in me causing this and how to fix it. He has only gotten them after we had anal intercourse and he's never had a history of this happening.

if this is uti,without std then this has nothing with you and your bacteria. this is caused by Escherichia coli which is present in feces of all people. however,uti in males should not occur so easily unless there is some risk factor such as prostate enlargement kidney disorder or weakened immune system so he should test for these disorders if he has repeated utis.
