Brief Answer:
Clonazepam is known to cause weird dreams.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts

Tramadol is an opioid drug and Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug. Clonazepam is known to cause weird dreams and nightmares. The drug helps to cause sedation and thus results in sleep. But sometimes in severe anxiety if improvement doesn't occur then restlessness result in insomnia.

Tramadol is not a sleeping pill and affects the sleep architecture. So taking both drugs together result in increased risk of vivid dreams and restlessness.

Thanks. Take care
