Can Systane Ultra Be Used For Dry Eyes?

Question: I work on computer system for about 9 hours daily in centralised AC environment. Earlier, doctor has prescribed Systane Ultra (Polythylene Glycol 400 and propylene Glycol Opthalmic Solution) Can I use this for a month with 1 drop per eye two times a day ? (Morning and evening)

Along with this you need to take precautions like
Taking frequent breaks of at least 5 minutes after working for 2 continuous hours on the computer.
Washing the eyes with normal water 3-4 times a day.
Use of anti-glare coated glasses.
