Brief Answer:
it is not a known proven cause

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

According to an article in World Gastroenterology, there may be increased levels of nitric oxide in persons with hemorrhoids but the nitric oxide may not be having a significant effect- it may not be causing the hemorrhoids.

This is still an area of research.

Hemorrhoids are affected by straining with bowel movements/constipation, persistent cough, severe liver disease, obesity, chronic diarrhea, injury to the spinal cord.

These are some of the factors that increase the risk.

Preventing recurrence of hemorrhoids involves- (1)high fiber diet,
(2)using enough fluids daily- at least 8 glasses
(3)physical activity

When they occur, treatment consists of --(1)avoid straining , may need to use a stool softener for few days
(2)dab after a bowel movement, not wipe
(3)sitz baths with warm not hot water with salt or epsom salt
(4)pain medication- anti inflammatory pain meds may help eg ibuprofen or naproxen
(5)topical pain medication such as lidocaine
(6)a few days of a topical steroid cream to reduce inflammation

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
this should be okay

Detailed Answer:
HI

Exercises that increase the pressure or strain in the abdomen can cause hemorrhoids eg lifting weights or some abdominal toning exercises

The stretching exercise should be okay because it should not be placing too much strain on the abdomen\

Exercise on the whole is recommended in persons with hemorrhoids because physical activity stimulates regular bowel movements
