Brief Answer:
No need to worry if bleeding is scanty

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sometimes, irregular bleeding can occur after taking medroxyprogesterone acetate. If the bleeding this time is very light and stops in a day or two, then there is nothing to worry.
However, if the bleeding is very heavy and it is frequently occurring, then you should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and ultrasound to rule out any lesion like fibroids or polyp.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
