I actually have a doc appointment as j had blood tests and he wants to see me about my b12! Obviously I'm freaking out thinking all sorts

Brief Answer:
ok.. several things.

Detailed Answer:
There are many more unscrupulous doctors giving B12 for no real reason than there are 31 year olds with pernicious anemia. Get a level of the B12. It will be very high not low. Although the effects of elevated B12 are unknown, "freaking out" and other anxiety states might be associated with getting B12 shots when the level is already normal or elevated.

Then, the sperm effect of marijuana is quite variable. On average it takes 3 to 5 months trying before conception occurs. At 6 to 12 months getting a simple sperm count would be an option if there IS a problem. It is doubtful there will be.
While sperm goes down by about a quarter, mostly there's more than enough left
