Brief Answer:
Keytruda for non small cell lung cancer and melanoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody that tends to block interaction of PD-1 with its its ligands and is considered more effective than chemotherapy with lesser side effects. Though its very expensive. It is currently indicated in non small cell lung cancer and melanoma that have been treated with chemotherapy and fit the criteria of receptor positivity. For peritoneal metastases related to these two, it is useful and does work.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

The cancer was originally located in the uterus 5 1/2 years ago. There are now small masses lean kidney and colon. I understand the lung cancer and melanoma working. I am wondering if it could help with this other cancer.
