Brief Answer:
Probably an allergic reaction, you should take Benadryl daily.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction from Doxycycline.
I suggest you take Benadryl daily.
You can also use calamine lotion or local relief.
I also suggest you to stop using the medication.

If the symptoms continue you should take prescribed corticosteroids or go to the emergency room for further treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards,
