It looks like you have systolic dysfunction which means that the pumping capacity if the heart is not sufficient. Here are my suggestions

1. Tab Digoxin is a wonderful drug which can be given to increase the pumping capacity of the hear
2. Agiotensin receptor blockers like Telmesartan can help in ventricular remodeling of the heart
3. Other drugs that can help are diuretics like spironolactone.

Please approach your treating doctor with my suggestions.

Lifestyle modifications that are important are

1. Drink less than 1.2 litres of fluid in a day
2. Salt intake should be restricted
3.Avoid full meals, take lesser amount of food for 4-5 times a day
5. Avoid strenuous exercises
6. Avoid smoking
