Hello and thank you for asking!
Before any surgical procedure, you should be sure that the glucose level is within the normal levels, in order to prevent infection of the wound.
If you actually have a diabetic wound, it is not a contraindication for further interventions unless it is near the area of next the intervention.
Of course, we are speaking about uninfected and uncomplicated wounds.
Otherwise, the procedure should be delayed until the blood glucose is normalized and the wound is treated.
