Brief Answer:
HIV Post exposure prophylaxis. Follow these instructions for peace of mind.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Relax. Cool down. You're 100% safe.

Right now you are under a great burden of tension as to whether you will get HIV, just by shaking hands with your friend in the diagnostic center. I might tell you to relax and stay calm. You are stressed out, afraid and terrified that you might get HIV/AIDS by one simple handshake with your friend. I'm sure that you are 100% safe. Why am I so confident that you do not have HIV? Let me explain. I will show you why you are totally safe and healthy, except for being very frightened. I will give you all the details. Read carefully. Read slowly.

The fact is that the HIV virus cannot live outside the human body, because, when it comes in contact with the harsh external environment, it dies. If what I said was not true, then people could get HIV by a mosquito bite.

A mosquito has a small needle shape nose (probosis). and this insect pricks the skin of an unaware person, once this happens the mosquito sucks the blood out and gets minute droplets of blood all over it, exactly as your friend got his fingers stained with blood. Imagine a mosquito sucking blood from an HIV infected person. When the HIV virus (Both HIV-1 and HIV-2) come in contact with air, they die in the stomach of the mosquito. Malaria and Dengue fever germs do not die in open air unlike HIV-1 and HIV-2 viruses. So if a mosquito has bitten an HIV/AIDS patient, and immediately bites a healthy person next to him, he cannot get HIV/AIDS because the HIV virus is already dead.

You say that your friend cleaned his fingers with spirit (Methanol) as soon as he got blood all over his fingers. Methanol (spirit) kills HIV-1 and HIV-2 instantly. I am rather confident that your friend is very safe.

You cannot possibly get HIV by shaking hands with a person. Maybe some other
disease, but not HIV.

Let me inform you that if 2 people kiss each other and one of them has got HIV/AIDS, they are still on the safe side, because it takes 1 LITRE of saliva to cause the healthy person to get infected by HIV-1 and HIV-2.

You say you scratched rashes on your body, ate your meals, touched your penis in the washroom and in general continued normal activities with your hand with which you gave a handshake to your friend, 5 MINUTES AFTER YOUR FRIEND CLEANED HIS HANDS WITH METHANOL SPIRIT KILLING ALL HIV VIRUSES.

Let me go one step further. I challenge you that you have not contracted HIV from a handshake. Let us be bold. Let us HIV test you and immediately give you some ANTI HIV MEDICINES.

Please do a PCR test. NOT ELISA. NOT WESTERN BLOT. Do a PCR test immediately because this HIV test is 100% accurate and even if you have a SINGLE HIV-1 or HIV-2 virus in your blood. It will find it and report it.

This PCR HIV TEST is fast and accurate. It costs between 1500-3000 Rs. in XXXXXXX
i.e. $24-$48. After you find out that you do not have HIV;

You will finally have peace of mind.

If you are still worried that you had a needle prick injury or have contracted HIV (Impossible.), please go right now to a Doctor who has MD in Internal Medicine and he or she might suggest you to take Tenofovir 300 mg by mouth 4 times a day + Emtricitabine 200 mg by mouth 4 times a day, along with Raltegravir 400 mg by mouth 2 times a day

You will finally have peace of mind, because you know that these 3 medicines
kill HIV-1 and HIV-2 virus in the body immediately after exposure.

So you are still safe.

In addition, I will suggest you a psychological counselor and speak about this. If you anxiety regarding HIV is extreme, you will benefit with diazepam tablets at night. This drug decrease your stress tension and provide peace of mind.

Please follow these suggestions and take care of your health.
Please feel free to repost.

Brief Answer:
HIV Post-exposure prophylaxis II. You're still safe. 22 days later...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

If you want to be safe and secure from HIV/AIDS, please follow the easy suggestions given below.

I won't tell you to be relaxed, tension free, and happy because that is your smart decision. Your mind can make a heaven out of hell, and a hell out of heaven. Don't make up your mind too quickly now that you are healthy.

First, read the following instructions very slowly and carefully.

You are stating that this incident occurred 22 days back. You still feel that a person can get HIV/AIDS by exchanging a simple handshake. Let me inform you that we doctors do not always use gloves to examine patients. We doctors have to touch our patients, for example; if a patient has got a severe stomach ache and pain, Then we touch the stomach to check for liver size, spleen, kidneys... all by using our bare hands. Later we quickly use methanol spirit, the same spirit that your friend used while cleaning the blood off his hands.

If HIV/AIDS could be acquired by just touching a person, all of us doctors would be dead by now. That includes myself.

There are real dangerous diseases that you can get by touching people, If a person has got swine flu (H1N1), then even if he touches say a door handle, because swine flu viruses are alive, unlike HIV-1 and HIV-2; the next healthy person who uses that door handle will probably get swine flu.

I again repeat I am 100% confident that you friend does not have HIV/AIDS at all, at least not because of the work he does in the diagnostic center.

I want you to have peace of mind, so I will show you how to get it.

1. Please take the PCR test for HIV-1 and HIV-2. Go right now and take it.
Take 2 - 3 friends with you, to the center to increase your courage and
self confidence. Stop thinking. Go right now. Take action now.
2. Take it in a good diagnostic centre, where you have faith and trust in the
Doctors, Nurses and professional staff.
3. PCR test costs between 1500-3000 Rupees in XXXXXXX North XXXXXXX
Within a few hours, you will know 100% that you do not have HIV.
4. Do not take ELISA test, though it is cheaper. It costs less than 500 Rs.
ELISA test can report that a person does not have HIV infection at all
when in reality the person has AIDS.
5. Do not take the Western Blot test because it is expensive and has problems.
6. With my patients, I always give them Anti-HIV medicines:
Go to a doctor who is an MD in internal medicine, and ask him for
a prescription of Anti-HIV medicines.
7. I give my patients these three powerful life saving drugs.
1. Tenofovir tablets .
2. Emtricitabine tablets .
3. Raltegravir tablets .
Till today, they are alive and enjoying life.

8. You will benefit from taking Alprazolam tablets for 1 week.
Please go to a local doctor and get a prescription for these tablets and
take them, once a night after meals. He will definitely give them to you.

9. I will give you one more tablet, Sertraline, but for that I want you
kindly follow the above instructions and points.

10. I kindly and politely request you to inform me of your test results.

Take good care of both your mind and body.
Take action now. Go and do the PCR test.
I'm totally self confident that you are healthy, but very tense.
You're OK.

Inform me any further developments.

Brief Answer:
HIV PEP. Some powerful treatment for you.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I can obviously see that you are an educated person who makes all informed
choices. Therefore, let me give you all the details of your treatment.

I told you NOT to take the ELISA test for HIV-1 and HIV-2.
This test is just a screening test. ELISA stands for Enzyme Linked Immuno
Sorbent Assay.

The ELISA test is conducted by taking a specific quantity of blood from a
patient, the screening process has a problem because, if a person has
HIV/AIDS, the ELISA test can report HIV negative. This is called the window
period. This period is for 3 months after infection.

1. Do NOT take the ELISA test.

2. I am 100% confident that you can search for a diagnostic center in which you
will take your PCR test. The PCR test costs between 1,500 to 3,000 Rupees.
ELISA test is not accurate after until 3 months have passed.

3. PCR test is accurate on the spot. Right now. This answers your question.

4. Please go to a doctor and he or she will give you these tablets,
Sertraline and Alprazolam. Take these tablets and all your tensions about
HIV infection and dying of AIDS will vanish. Sertraline and Alprazolam
tablets are like a "vitamin" (neurotransmitter) to your mind and brain.

5. Imagine all the tension, stress and frustration you are feeling, right now?
No one has the right to make your life miserable, and ONLY a totally fit
mind can fight and SURVIVE dangerous diseases.

6. Let us make your mind totally fit. When you take on too many tensions,
there is a vitamin in your Brain called Serotonin. [5-HT]. This vitamin is
consumed and your nerves become weak. You become weak. How can a
weak mind fight HIV/AIDS?

7. In order to fight and survive the dangerous disease of HIV/AIDS, you need
to be mentally fit. Am I right or wrong?

8. I recommend 3 medicines to my patients who have come into contact with
HIV. These are:
1. Tenofovir tablets.
2. Emtricitabine tablets.
3. Raltegravir tablets.

9. Yes, these tablets kill both HIV-1 and HIV-2 in the body. Go to a local
doctor and he will give you a prescription for these 3 medicines, You
must purchase them now, and start taking them as soon as possible.
The more you delay, the tablets will not work. Please take these tablets
NOW. This will give you peace of mind.

I have answered this question as well, right?

10. You say that the PCR test is not available in XXXXXXX This is not so.
Take your PCR test in XXXXXXX by phoning this number.

that I mentioned above.
