Brief Answer:
need further evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your baby...

Since your unable to control the fever despite giving him Paracetamol and Meftal, it'll be better to take him to the nearest children's hospital for further management without any further delay. PARACETAMOL dosage should be 10-15mg/Kg/dose not to exceed more than 4times in 24hrs.

Some necessary investigations (including CBC, Urine analysis, and a few others to look for any possible tropical vector-borne diseases) may also be needed to be done to look for the possible source of infection.

Meanwhile, for high-grade fever, continue giving tepid sponging, let him drink plenty of mineral water and keep an eye on the urine output and overall general conditions.

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Take Care
Kind Regards
