Well, you should get done with the RT-PCR testing now (2 samples, one from deep nasal and one from oropharyngeal)...For fever, and body ache take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg up to thrice daily after food...take steam inhalation thrice daily...

In the interim, avoid going to any crowded places...strictly maintain social distancing, frequent handwashing, face mask while going out and all other universal precautions applicable nowadays...
