Brief Answer:
Not a cardiac event.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query mam,
Have seen your details.
Frankly speaking cardiac events in a non smoker female before age of 60 are very rare...Estrogen is a cardio protective hormone.

As Ekg blood tests and holter were normal chances of it being cardiac in origin are very unlikely.

Easiest way to differentiate is-
Take Antacids like-
Pantoprazole (Prizolec) 40 mg twice daily for few days along with Sucralfate 2 gram a day syrup(Both are over the counter)....Gastritis and acid peptic disorder respond to single dose of antacid.
However for confirmation endoscopy should be done and there after proper treatment should be taken.
Some times ulcers are caused by a bacteria called H pylori and a course of drug has to be taken to eradicate it.
Follow ups are welcome.
Hope I was easy to understand.
Thank you!
