Bend Over And Now Feeling Extreme Back Pain I Was Almost To My Knees.
Question: Yesterday at work i went to bend over and i suddenly got extreme back pain i was almost to my knees in pain . I felt no pop just sudden pain. I can walk now with a little pain but now if i sit in a chair or bend over im hurting bad. what could have i done its in my lower back
