Brief Answer:
Less chances

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It really depends on your own immunity.

The person who is coughing may or maynot have tb. In fact sore throat or bronchitis from other causes like allergy, virus and bacteria are more common than tuberculosis itself. More chances are that he had some virus.

If you have a strong immunity and you dont get infections every now and then, chances are that you will never get tb. Hope you got vaccinated against it. If not, then get vaccinated now.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
BCG Vaccine

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Vaccine is a BCG vaccine that leaves a mark on upper arm. You can check your arm, if there s mark then you are vaccinated. If there is no mark then you can get vaccinated from your local government hospital.

Rarely within fraction of time it may happen.
But I have seen people working with TB patients for whole life and they never get TB. So it really depends on your own immunity.

Brief Answer:
You are on a nice diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You are already on a nice diet and taking enough proteins. In case you are working out then you can add some proteins in the milk and take it after the workout. Proteinex has been there in market for longer time and can be taken. Otherwise both are fine. Another method to add proteins is to take high protein foods after workout. High protein foods like chickpea roasted, soy milk, peanut butter, lentils, beans, cheese, etc.
