Brief Answer:
Common cold

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It seems that you are suffering from the common cold , which could be viral or bacterial. Viral infection should be self limited within three days. So I would recommend that you take an antipyretics and analgesic as ibuprofen tablets or syrup every eight hours together with warm fluids and throat lozenges. If the symptoms continued for more than three days then this suggests a bacterial infection which will require an antibiotic, so I would recommend that you refer to your doctor for a prescription of an antibiotic.

I hope I answered your question..
