Are Stomach Cramps Post Intake Of I-pill Signs Of Pregnancy?

Question: Hi doctor ,
I had unprotected sex with my fiancee during the 13 th day: i consumed the ipill within 24 hrs of sex .
I am experiencing cramps like i normally do for a week before my periods but havent yet got my periods.
Can my periods be delayed ? I have tested negative on my due date . Shld i be worried of pregnancy

I don't think you can get pregnant. The chances of pregnancy are very less.

How long can the periods be usually delayed like bout a week or more?

Is the home pregnancy test sufficient to conclude that i am not pregnant.
Should i go for any other test to be throughly sure of no pregnancy.
