Brief Answer:
The pain is not from the hernia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

This symptoms are not characteristic for abdominal hernia at all.
Abdominal pain which radiates to the arm or breast comes from the diaphragm. On the left side of the abdomen, below the diaphragm is spleen located and above it heart placed.
Spleen abscess or other issues can give such symptoms but this is very rare for spleen to give any pain at all.
Heart ischemic disease can act just like you have described. You may have also shortness of breath with this pain.

I suggest you to consult cardiologist with it. If heart is fine, abdominal ultrasound is the next step.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
