Brief Answer:
The symptoms can be from autoimmune disorder...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Autoimmune disorder happens when immune cells attack normal tissues in the body. The most common autoimmune diseases are type 1 diabetes mellitus, graves disease, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosis, multiple sclerosis. Autoimmune disorders are more common in women than man.
Chronic mouth pain, nasal septal defect and hives can be caused by autoimmune disease.
Among the autoimmune disorders lichen planus presents with chronic pain. It happens when immune cells attack normal oral mucosa and cause inflammatory reaction and presents with oral pain and whitish or reddish patches inside the mouth. Nasal septal defect can rarely be caused by another autoimmune disorder - systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE). Mouth ulcers also happen in SLE. Your severe hives are more likely from allergic reaction. Autimmune disorders may present with hives but chronic hives (more than 6 weeks) are suggestive of autoimmune disorders.
To sum up chronic mouth pain, nasal septal defect and hives may be presenting signs of an autoimmune disease. Unfortunately, there is not a single test to diagnose autoimmune diseases. You doctor will diagnose autoimmune disorder by physical exam findings and initial laboratory tests. The confirmatory test to identify the specific antibodies may also be required.

I hope the information is helpful. Please, feel free to ask me if there is anything else you need to know. I will be happy to help you further.
