Question: Hi Doctor, I am 35 yrs old and having thyroid. I have been taking Thyronorm 75 and my thyroid is under control. I am little overweight and have been going to gym from past 2-3 months. I am following healthy diet. have stopped eating junk etc. My trainer has suggested me to take some multivitamin tablets as he says because exercises your body might tend to loose vitamins. I am planning for a family. I have been taking folvite daily at night. Kindly advise if I can take any multivatims. is Revital h good for women? what is the dosage? Also Himalay liv 52 Good? Thanks and regards

Hello,

You can take any multivitamin capsule along with folvite, there will be no problem. Revital can be taken by both men as well as women, dosage is one capsule at night with milk. Liv 52 is very good medicines but it is not multivitamin, it is a medicine for liver and use to improve digestion and appetite.
