Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as burning sensation insides mouth is concerned it can be due to dry mouth, side effects of medicines, oral infections like thrush, diabetes, deficiency of iron and vitamin B12 or neurological problem etc..

Can you please upload/attach an image of your tongue, that will be more helpful for me. I would like to know a few more details so that I can guide you better...

-Do you have a dry mouth or any white coating in the mouth?
-Do you have any medical problem or are you on any medication?
-Is the inside of mouth have any sores or inflamed mucosa?
-Do you have any known allergies?
-Do you experience acid reflux or symptoms of heartburn and sour liquid coming to mouth with acidity?
-Do you have any numbness in the mouth, over tongue, lips etc?

Please revert back with these answers...waiting to suggest further.

Thanks
