I have reviewed your information and the attached files.
I'd like to know if you have any prior liver disease condition.
It is unlikely that Atorvastatin alone could be responsible for the F4 score. For increased liver enzymes, yes Atorvastatin is well documented to do that.
However, as long as the values remain below three times the upper limit, we can safely continue the medication because the gains outweigh the risk. Your lipid profile looks great on this drug though have no idea what it looked like prior.
If you had no prior liver disease, it'll be better to repeat the liver elastography.
In addition to Atorvastatin, diet, and exercise helps with cholesterol issues.

No I have not had any pre-existing liver disease nor drink Etoh at all, during a CT with contrast in October 2018 a benign 5.1 cm hypodense mass in segment six demonstrates early peripheral nodular enhancement,with centripetal filing and homogeneous enhancement of the rest of the liver parenchyma on delayed phase consistent with an hemangioma , enzymes have always been within normal values during the last three years
