1. After how much period of Tens unit application over left foot, swelling and pain appeared.
2. Was Tens unit tried for right foot or not.
3. Systemic illness as diabetes or else.
4. Pain is local to foot only or involve rest parts of lower limb.
5. Is there tingling, numbness feeling in feet.
6. Provide photographs of both feet in follow up conversation as attachments.

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for the photographs showing all details.

* As per my evaluation, right foot is having persistent swelling as compared to left foot. Long standing issue of this type requires evaluation with doppler ultrasound of the venous system to find the underlying cause and manage accordingly.

* Till that time, keeping leg elevated when resting and ice application will give some relief.

* Taking analgesic or antibiotics without diagnosis is not going to cure the issue.

Hope this will clear your doubt.
