MY DEAR PATIENT ANY SURGERY, SPECIALLY BONE SURGERY TAKES AVERY LONG TIME TO HEAL.SO YOU MUST HAVE SOME PATIENCE.TILL YOUR FRACTURE HEALS THE SCREWS WILL BE PLACED AND BECAUSE OF THIS YOUR ANKLE WILL BE SWOLLEN.AND U WILL FIND IT STIFF DUE TO IMMOBILITY.WAIT TILL EVERYTHING HEALS AND THE SCREWS REMOVED .THEN YOUR SWELLING WILL SUBSIDE AND FOR THE STIFFNESS YOU CAN GO FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISES.
