Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain In Case Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

66 years old women. suffering from Rhumatoid arthritis. had heart bypass surgery 12 years back and 2 angioplasty thereafter. hand fingers & ankle swollen. taking methotrexate 1.5 mg weekly. now pain increased at ankle right leg. what is the course of treatment now

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are prescribed in severe cases.
As you are on methotrexate already ,Newer biologics have role in RA.
