My face becomes pale and I have a feeling of dizziness.
hello, I am 23 years old, male, athletic body, low body fat, I workout regularly and eat heathy. Sometimes when I finish workout my face becomes pale and I have a feeling of dizziness and like I will pass out, i don t know what s wrong, please help!
my face is irritated & allergy. i saw doctor and was given hydrocortisone 1% to put on face. After 3 days, i found my skin less cluster like but pale pink!
hydrocortisone are immuno suppressants and the less cluster like and pale pinkness is explained nothing to worry about. it is its anti inflammatory action, it wil pass by. cheers

Numbness in the arms could occur due to faulty sleeping positions in the night. Also it can occur when slept on uneven surfaces. This can be minimized by shifting positions in the night and regular exercise in the mornings.
