Heavy exercise elevate heart rate hence there develops elevation in the blood pressure , this causes migraine . Only way is gradually increase the speed of exercise.
2nd option take rest in between exercise.age is an important factor.

It is better not to do exercise in pain.
You please take rest so that the pain gets relieved.
If you are having musculo skeletal pain,exercise may aggravate the pain.
So,please stop exercises till the pain is subsided.
If you are having pain in the limbs and still you wanted to do exercise,you can do breathingexercises which are very good.

Hi. Shortness of breath can be due to many reasons - like a respiratory porblem for eg. asthma can cause similar symptoms at your age. Apart from this any lung disease, heart disease, kidney disease, or muscle disease can produce shortness of breath. Sometimes it may just due to hysteria/ panic attacks due to anxiety disorders. What exactly is the cause can be known only after examination. Thank u
