Heavy exercise elevate heart rate hence there develops elevation in the blood pressure , this causes migraine . Only way is gradually increase the speed of exercise.
2nd option take rest in between exercise.age is an important factor.

Shoud i do exercise in pain?
It is better not to do exercise in pain.
You please take rest so that the pain gets relieved.
If you are having musculo skeletal pain,exercise may aggravate the pain.
So,please stop exercises till the pain is subsided.
If you are having pain in the limbs and still you wanted to do exercise,you can do breathingexercises which are very good.
