hi,
as you under went angioplasty you have to take care of some things
1) regular medications ( aspirin, clopidogrel, statin) - never miss
2) control of hypertension - regular check up & treatment
3) control of diabetes
4) eat healthy food- avoid high cholesterol diet, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, can eat fish twice a week., low salt diet.
5) regular exercise- atleast 30mts/day for 5days in week -brisk walking.
6) consult a doctor immediately and take ECG if you have any chestpain or short of breath for more than 10 mts.
7) stop smoking.
8) avoid stress.
