Hello there...

13WEEKS PREGNANCY means you have crossed your first trimester. After this period chances of abortion reduce. You have history of abortion so its affect in this pregnancy is reduced if you had your last abortion before 13weeks.

Travel by rickshaw though not completely safe but it is not that dangerous provided the roads you choose are good. Accidents can happen in any mode of travel so if you dont have an alternative mode of travel, there is no absolute harm by a rickshaw use. Just avoid excessive jerks, bumps and humps to avoid accidents.

Coming to your appetite problem, i would suggest you to take small frequent meals at a time. Now your nausea associated with pregnancy would have reduced so try eating more. If you have acidity problems, you can use antacids like digene syrup, mucaine gel etc. Avoid spicy oily foods and large meals at a tine. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables along with good amount of fluids. TRy going early to bed and wake up early in morning so that your day starts early and you take a good diet.

The symptoms of burning and itching after urination suggest you might be having some kind of urinary infection. I would suggest you to get your urine microscopy and culture done. If positive for infection then start antibiotics accordingly. Also take plenty of fluid which will help you relieve your burning. ALso alkalinization of urine with syrups like Alkasol, citralka will help relieve you of your symptoms.

Take these steps to minimize your chances of getting a urinary tract infection:

Drink plenty of water, at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day.

Don't ignore the urge to pee. And try to empty your bladder completely when you urinate.

After a bowel movement, wipe yourself from front to back to prevent bacteria in the stool from getting near the urethra.

Keep your genital area clean with mild soap and water.

Clean your genital area and pee before and after sexual intercourse.

Avoid feminine hygiene products (sprays or powders) and strong soaps that can irritate your urethra and genitals, making them a better breeding ground for bacteria. And don't use douches during pregnancy.

take care
