If it is a 99% block then the success of the Angioplasty would be less. Bypass would be a better management.

HI I think Angioplasty is the better option . Infact 3 blockage I advise my patients to go for By pass surgery . The only drawback I feel is the cost , otherwise it's pretty much a safe procedure . Other alternative is medical management , but it won't be as effective as Angio
