What should be the diet in typhoid fever?
My son has typhoid fever. My mother in law is telling that in typhoid fever certain foods should not be given. can any one tell me what foods need to be avoided in typhoid fever. What foods is to be given to my son?

It is not widal fever. It is widal test which is usually done in typhoid fever, and paratyphoid fever. This is caused by eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water. If you are widal test positive then you have typhoid. Thanks
