Pinch nose for 3-4 minutes to stop bleed, make sure child breathes from mouth, and make him sit up for cough start antibiotic syrup as amoxycillin and expectorant as bromhexine. Try and visit a paediatrician if child has fever, has trouble in sleeping or if cough produces coloured sputum.
Hi my 15 months toddler boyhas running nose...had viral about 20 days ago...recovered now was on antibiotics then......no fever now...pls suggest?
It appears from the complaint that you might need to take antibiotics further as it might be self limited. It might be due t allergy
Antiallergic drugs will decrease the running nose.
My toddler fell and bumped his ear. He got up and started playing now he says his ear hurts and it crying also has runny nose and slight cough
Runny nose and cough may not be the cause for pain and crying. The fall should have caused injury to his ear. You can give few doses of Arnica 30 at 3 or 4 hrs. interval till the pain is over. If not better get back to me with details. I can prescribe curative Homoeopathic remedy.
With Best Wishes,
