I dont think you should try for a normal delivery this time.You have too many complications like hypertension and diabetes .Also it depends what your first indication was for the C section.Secondly,you first scar needs to be healed well to withstand a normal delivery and there should be a gap of at least 2 yrs between pregnancies.
