What Could Cause Multiple Small Ulcers And Inflammation In Terminal Ileum And How To Treat This?

Sir,
I am 38 old male. I am suffering from gas problem and acidity from age 10 onwards. I am intended to go to toilet several times in a day.
Stool sometimes seems loose , watery and not formed. I feel hunger 2-3 hours after the food. After having food some noises are hearing from the stomach and produces gas every time. Blood NOT FOUND in stool. Little pain feels in stomach especially in the terminal ileum portion when I am in toilet. If I am tensed I have to go to toilet more than 3 times.

Recently I have consulted a doctor and he advised me to take endoscopy and colonoscopy. In colonoscopy found "multiple small ulcers in terminal ileum".
Biopsy tests also done. Nothing specially found. The biopsy result is 1." Ileal mucosa showing moderate inflamation", "II. colonic mucosa showing mild inflamation".
Dr. said that he could not find crohn's disease or TB that normally causes ulcers in terminal ileum. He could not find the cause for the ulcer.
He prescribed the following medicines
SOMPRAZ 40 MG TAB, AMITRYN 10 TAB, RIFAGUT 200 MG TAB. and advised me to consult him after one month.
But still I am having problems. Request your kind advice..

Hi
It could an ulcerative colitis. You can have a p ANCA antibody test to rule out ulcerative colitis. Mesalamine, balsalazide, and sulfasalazine are main medications used to treat ulcerative colitis.corticosteroids can be used when these dont help.
Immunosuppressors and tnf monoclonal antibodies are also used in selected patients.Hope this may help you
thanks
