Feeling Severely Cold At Night. Is This Normal?

Hi Doc, I am have this issue. When I sleep with fan blowing constantly at me. There came a point when I feel very cold till it reaches my bones and my whole body shivers badly. I had to cover my self with blanket and my body will slowly warm up. This happens ranomly(different days in a month) when i sleep at night.And I remember I only felt this kind of symptoms when I was very sick like having very bad flu . I am concern this unusual cold means anything?

If you we're ill the cold and shivers would constantly be present, therefore I do not think you are ill. Do not put the fan on yourself if this is happening.
