What relationship, if any, can vomiting have with an aortic valve beign lightly damage. 79 yrs old Woman w HBP and AR? Pls advice. Txs!
I do not belive there is any relationship between vomiting and aortic valve damage. In adults, three conditions are known to cause aortic stenosis.Progressive wear and tear of a bicuspid valve present since birth, Wear and tear of the aortic valve in the elderly. Scarring of the aortic valve due to rheumatic fever as a child. I suggest cardiac ultrasounds examination.
