SORRY. FOR THAT ANSWER.
LYMPH NODE ENLARGEMENT USUALLY FELT DUE TO SECONDARY INFECTION(SMOKING WEED) OF EAR, NOSE,SINUSES OR THROAT(PHARYNGITIS OR TONSILLITIS),

Can smoking with swollenlymphnodes be bad ?
If the nodes are swollen in the neck area, and you do smoke for a long time, throat/larynx cancer can be the reason. If you have swollen nodes in multiply locations, lymphoma can be the reason. If you know the reason of swollenlymphnodes and you want to smoke, it wont affect it.
Why Do I Have A SwollenLymphNode On The Side Of My Neck?¿
Commonly such nodes are due to regional infections. Also cancer can cause them but unlikely at your age.Do get it checked by your doctor if it has grown rapidly, is tender and causing any symptoms.Regards.
