The spreading rash could be due to fungal infection. Do apply an antifungal cream like Miconazole to get rid of the infection.
I think i have measles,but I'm not sure how its meant to make you feel.
In measles there is fever accompanied with a rash which is red in color and appears first near the face region and then spreads downwards. This appears on the 4th day of fever. Also there are red spots in the mouth. Kinldy check out the same.

hey doctors i have a dry rash that produces like soft peeled skin it has a gross odor...it hurts to spread my legs and it itches constantly and its red. help!
It looks like an infection bacterial(staphylococcus or clostridium) or fungal. Can also be an allergy. It can be a seborrheoic dermatitis or a cancerous lesion too. You may go for tests including a biopsy.
