hand palms n feet leave marks on table or on floor of sweat/steam kindof marks which evaporates, also I feel suffocated/sweat in ac rooms n until get freshair
Some people produce excess sweat in any temperature. It is natural protective phenomenon.you should not suppress it.
Even in AC,some people will be suffocated if they are not used to it.sometimes, dust from nonserviced AC's will cause same problem.
Pyschologically, you should not think of this. Most common cause of dyspnea is psychological.
So,be casual and observe.
Do breathing exercises.
