What Are The Symptoms Of Fibromyalgia ?

Recently I ve been struggling with chronic rhinitis , I ve have trouble with both my arms and legs falling asleep, I ve had night starts, muscle twitches in my thighs, and I stumble saying simple words. I also have a tendency to cry a lot and carry extra fat on my stomach, and have anxiety attacks. I ve looked up all of these symptoms and they match up with fibromyalgia . Does this sound right or am I just a hypochondriac?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The arms and legs falling asleep can be due to simple deficiency of vitamins;calcium;anaemia;tiredness following work and not necessarily due to fibromyalgia.The other symptoms like night starts; muscle twitching and the fumble while talking may be due to depression also.Please see if you have been through lots of stress in recent past.?If the answer is yes then you are probably having these things as a result of depression.Please start on some multivitamin and mineral tablets and you should be fine.
Thanks
