Primolut nor is Synthetic progesterone. Primolot Nor acts like natural progesterone and do the same thing in uterus. For problem of irregular period, you need to take tablet from 5th day of the cycle with 1 tablet Primolut N twice daily, increasing to 2 tablets twice daily in the event of spotting. When the bleeding ceases, the initial dose can be resumed.need 4 to 6 months treatment.
