What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Dizzy With Cramps And Back Ache During Second Trimester Of Pregnancy?

Yesterday I randomly got super dizzy and thought I was going to pass out. I was sweaty, pale, and even the hubby said that I looked like I was in pain. However, aside from a dull back ache, there was no pain at this time. However when we got home and laid down, that's when the cramping, major uncomfortableness, and back aching really kicked in. I tried moving into different positions, positioning a pillow below my belly, walking around. Nothing seemed to work.

Finally I got to sleep and slept it off. Now today I feel a little out of it and still uncomfortable, but no cramping thus far.

Twist: I am 26 weeks pregnant!!

I'm wondering if this is normal or what it was I could have experienced

Hi,
Cramping and pain is not normal. I suggest you see your doctor and have an ultrasound done. You need to rule out placental separation. Go and see your doctor asap.
