You might be going through menopause or suffering from the effect of menopause. this is usually caused by hormonal imbalance. You might require hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which can only be prescribed by a doctor or a gynobs. Also important to rule out possibility of an infection.

Diarrhea, nausea, sweating all causes dehydration so take plenty of fluid in various forms as tepid water will suit you most.
Still no relief in diarrhea get in Intravenous fluid as Ringer lactate according to condition.
