Can My 6 Month Old Son's Teething Cause High Temperature ?

hi i have a 6 mth old son who is normally fit and healthy but at the minuite he is teething and has a cold last night he had a temp but not to high today his temp is normal hes just a bit miserable and carnt settle propley due to his teeth but his soft spot looked like it sunk for a couple of secounds is this normal with him being run down?

your child might tend to catch infection and get gastrointestinal symptoms or respiratory symptoms at this period because he tnds to put everything in mouth because of itching. u can just give him some sterile ,hard thing which might not hurt him but can easily put in mouth. Keep the surrounding hyginic as far as possible.

As a good mother it is quite natural for you to worry.Don't worry during teething or you can say upto 1 and a half year some babies tend to get sick easily especially during teething .Also that they regain most of their health soon after their sickness.your baby is normal only thing if you feel he is sick get him to show him to some child specialist so that he can pick up his illness early.
